±101 acre split of Sequatchie Tract 1019. This tract is accessed off Buckridge Road and has frontage on Newton Road, about one half is steep and not useable for access. The splits shown on our maps are not set in stone so other splits will be entertained if they do not detract from the remaining acreage.
