End of the road Privacy with a 3 story home above the road. I would build as septic system implies for more privacy from that other house that seems to only be there part of the year.. when I was there there were few folks around in august this year., about 1/2 full time people and 1/2 part time people. Year round Mountain View's of lake Nantahala full time in winter months and midget of lake in summer from this lot. It is Not lakefront or lake an access. have to trailer boat to put in on nanthala or rent at the marina a boat space.
