All about the location. This unfinished camp is sitting right at a rapids and a deep hole swimming spot on the Hudson River. A path leads to the sandy beach at the shore. The camp sits atop a full block basement with a stair inside and outside to the living area. One bedroom, one bath, high ceiling room with kitchen, dining and living area together. There is a covered porch with some screens and some fixed windows. The studs and rafters are mostly exposed, add insulation, then finish the interior. It's right on the snowmobile trail, swim in the river, paddle all the way through Harris to Rich Lake or under the bridge on 28N to the first rapids below. Newcomb has an enormous amount of State land, for hunting, fishing, X-country skiing, hiking, it is just full of Nature plus there's a beautiful 9 hole golf club.
