In 2024, she made the move to Waleska, Georgia, to be near her children—and immediately fell in love with the rolling hills, forested landscapes, and welcoming feel of the region.

Now a proud resident of Lake Arrowhead, Cynthia specializes in the nearby mountain communities of Big Canoe and Bent Tree. These amenity-rich, nature-focused neighborhoods are where she thrives—helping clients find not just a house, but a peaceful retreat or forever home nestled in the mountains.
