This prime vantage point is also perfect for viewing the New Year’s Eve Torchlight Parade, fireworks displays, and summer concerts at the base area—all from your own balcony. The condo is thoughtfully laid out on two levels. The main living area features a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, dining area, comfortable living room, newly renovated half bath, and access to the balcony.
