Studio cabin with incredible views. Updated cabin has new windows, new kitchen, new siding, new roof, new septic system. Great place to get away but not too far from town. Less than 1/2 mile from pavement but road is rough - most cars OK but recommend truck or 4 wheel drive. All electric home, small fenced area, shed. The 5 acre parcel has tons of Joshua Trees, rocks, and desert plants. There is a wood stove and a new combo a/c and heating unit. Windows all along the north side of the cabin give views of the entire town of Lucerne Valley. Property uses hauled water and there is a tank on the property. Forest Service roads for riding or hiking. 30 minutes to Big Bear or Apple Valley.
