Tiffany Hazelwood

Tiffany Hazelwood is a lifelong Virginian and Real Estate Broker with extensive experience serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Virginia. As an Associate Broker with Mountain Homes Realty and Lake Homes Realty, she is passionate about helping clients find not just a property, but a lifestyle.

An avid skier since the age of three, Tiffany learned to ski at Massanutten Resort and has spent a lifetime enjoying both Massanutten and Wintergreen Resorts. Her firsthand familiarity with Virginia's Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge Mountain regions, combined with a love for hiking, wineries, breweries, outdoor recreation, and charming mountain towns, allows her to help clients find the perfect mountain home, vacation property, investment opportunity, or primary residence.

Tiffany has been a full-time licensed REALTOR® since 2008 and earned her Real Estate Broker's license in 2018, reflecting advanced education, experience, and professional credentials. Her career has included real estate, banking, and title work, providing clients with valuable insight throughout every stage of the transaction. She and her husband, Thomas Raup, work together to deliver responsive, personalized service.

Although she specializes in lifestyle properties, Tiffany's brokerage experience spans 21 Virginia counties, including the Shenandoah Valley, Blue Ridge, Richmond area, and surrounding Central Virginia markets.

A graduate of the University of Richmond with a degree in Communications, Tiffany has earned the Aqua Award four times, received the 2025 Big Wave Award for more than $10 million in annual sales, and was voted Best of Lake Anna 2026 – #1 Real Estate Agent.
