Jessica Osmon discovered her love for the mountains and lakes of her community three years ago when her husband brought her to meet his family in the area. From that first visit, she felt a connection that has only grown stronger, and today she and her family call this beautiful region home. Originally from Waynesboro, Mississippi, Jessica brings a fresh perspective and boundless energy to her real estate career, focusing on helping clients find their perfect home in the mountains.

Before entering real estate, Jessica worked as an Early Childhood Development Trainer for the state of Mississippi and later assisted her husband in his real estate investment business. “Working alongside my husband gave me a unique insight into the local market,” she says. “I learned what buyers and sellers are looking for and how to navigate the trends in this area. Now, I bring that knowledge and my dedication to every client I serve.”

Jessica enjoys real estate for the people, not just the properties. “Every client has a unique story, and I love helping them navigate big decisions while feeling supported every step of the way,” she explains. She considers it an honor to guide families through the process of buying or selling their home.

Living on the lake with her husband Dylan, their two young daughters, Mallory and Janey, and their poodle Noodle, Jessica and her family fully embrace the mountain lifestyle. Summers are spent swimming, boating, kayaking, and jet skiing, while cooler months are filled with hiking local trails and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
