Raised in Charlotte and licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, Gina began her career as a real estate attorney, which she affectionately calls a dirt lawyer. Over the past 30 years, she has built a reputation for skillful guidance through closings, contracts, and the entire real estate process. Her experience as a Broker in Charge, combined with her early work preparing rental homes for her family’s business, makes her a highly capable and hands-on advocate for her clients.

Gina now serves buyers and sellers across the Asheville Region, North of Asheville, South of Asheville, Black Mountain, Lake Lure, Shelby, Lake Norman, and Lake Wylie areas. She has even served on the Moss Lake Reservoir Board, underscoring her dedication to the communities she represents.

Gina’s own family enjoys both lake and mountain life at their log cabin on Lake Norman. Built by her husband and late father-in-law, the cabin is a cherished family retreat where they enjoy boating, reading, and watching summer storms pass from the porch.
