Of course, for the annual fee of $400, you have access to all the great amenities that Ritter's offers: Swimming lake w/beach, playground, tennis court, a fishing lake, roads are maintained. Ride your ATVs on the gravel roads throughout, with Respect! Hunting is allowed within state guidelines. This 5 acre lot is wooded, lays fairly nicely and would make a great building spot. Close enough to the fishing lake to walk. You really need to check out the area to appreciate what there is to offer. Very children friendly.
