Arrestingly beautiful property with a perfect straight-ahead view of Franconia Notch and the Moore Reservoir. A private gravel road--aptly named Majestic View Drive--ascends up the mountainside and bisects this property at its southern edge. After climbing a bit more the road turns west, exposing hundreds of feet of scenic views along the way. The topography north of the road is above road grade, making it the best location for a home (or homes, if subdividing). You would also own the acreage below road grade on the south side, meaning you can keep the trees trimmed down and protect the view forever. It's easy to view the majority of the property by car.
