The breakaway apartment can be easily rented while you use the other side. Deer Park has shuttle bus to Loon Mountain ski area as well as an amazing club house that features an indoor pool, racketball courts, weight room, cardio room, indoor pool, hot tub, game room, 5 acre spring fed pond with sandy beach and an onsite rental office. These properties can be rented but no pets are allowed in the 1/4 share buildings. This property has great views of the White Mountains! Showings are on Fridays from 11 to 2.
