Manufactured home on located on the property is included in the sale strictly in its present "AS IS", "WHERE-IS" condition with no warranties or representations, express or implied. Seller does no possess ownership documents. Home may not be legally transferable, financeable, permittable, insurable, or eligible for occupancy. Buyer understands the manufactured home may be considered personal property & may require recovery of records, DMV processing, permitting, inspection, repair, legalization, or removal at Buyer's sole cost & expense after closing.
