Set in one of the most recreation-rich areas of the Gunnison Valley, this location offers world-class fly fishing, whitewater rafting, hiking, hunting, and ATV/UTV access just minutes away. Three Rivers Resort provides on-site rafting and fishing guide services, a fly shop, convenience store, laundry facilities, and the popular Smokehouse Restaurant & Bar (open summer & fall). Enjoy the convenience of free bus service nearby, approximately 20 minutes to Mt. Crested Butte for skiing at Crested Butte Mountain Resort and just 10 minutes to Gunnison. Endless national forest access to both GMU units #54 and #55 with nearby 4WD trails make this an ideal basecamp for outdoor enthusiasts. Note: This property is a condominium and part of an HOA.
