BEAUTIFUL RAW LAND on the WILD HORSE MESA. This property has a sense of adventure about it as you hike through the trees, grasses, bushes and sage. It can be accessed from Horseshoe Trail or from White Tail Road. Both are remote roads, Horseshoe is a dead end, just past this property and has the smoothest transition up to the top. Mostly heavily wooded, some sections have small clearings. If the buyer chooses to build, a solar energy system and a septic system will be required.
