The Indian Peaks Wilderness is just a short drive away and there's quick access to Brainard Lake and Peaceful Valley. Boulder is about 40 minutes, Nederland 30min, and Rocky Mountain National Park about 45min. This should be considered a cash situation. This is Colorado at its finest!
