The area near the house is fairly flat and there's room to build a garage or carport. Right up the road is Evergreen Lake House known for it's outdoor ice skating. Replay's Sporting Exchange is also close for affordable skate and sports gear. Other top nearby attractions include hiking at Elk Meadow Park, live music at The Little Bear Saloon, and summer paddleboarding, which turns into ice skating in winter. Evergreen's dining scene has some wonderful spots close by, from Hummingbird Club's cozy New Orleans-inspired brunch to Ginger Itaewon for standout authentic Korean cuisine.
