The upstairs can be used as almost 400 sf of "Owner's Retreat" as it has a family/tv room besides the primary bedroom and bath. Or, you can use that room as your gathering place for TV or game night! The primary bedroom has French doors, leading out to a "Juliet Balcony" for morning coffee or evening drinks. Just sit out there and take in the breathtaking views and the scent of pine trees. That's heavenly! The other 2 bedrooms are on the main floor and share a bath that has toilet and shower plus a hallway wash station. And, that kitchen?!?! Oh my! It is adorable, spacious, has lots of counter top space and has an amazing new turquoise refrigerator that is newer but looks straight outta the 1950's! Bonus! The dining area looks out to the back yard and you may see some of the amazing wildlife, while you are eating! (See photos for wildlife captured in the backyard.) The property has radiant floor heat with 3 different zones so you can tailor the temperature to your liking.
