The Historic Sierra City Hotel sits in the quaint town of Sierra City just a short walk to the stunning Yuba River well-known for fishing, white-water rafting or kayaking and numerous places to bask in the sun and enjoy the river. The hotel offers 9 rental rooms upstairs (2 with shared baths) and one downstairs and 12 total bathrooms with three downstairs. When entering the property, you are welcomed by the historic bar that is still intact from years gone by and featuring a common area room, pool table game area and a full commercial kitchen in addition to several storage areas. It currently does not operate with a health department permit or beer and wine permit are possible through the county, per the sellers.
